This document constitutes an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules thereunder as applicable, and the provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

TRNET Technologies Pvt Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "RAPTOR"/ "Company"/ "we"/ "us"/"our") provides a technology-based platform (the "Platform") to facilitate connections between users ("Customers") and vehicle operators ("Captains"). RAPTOR offers subscription-based services enabling unlimited rides during the subscription period. Payments for rides are made directly between Customers and Captains via mutually agreed payment methods. RAPTOR does not charge per ride and acts solely as a subscription-based intermediary.

By registering on the Platform and availing services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). If you do not agree with these T&Cs, please refrain from using the Platform.

I. GENERAL TERMS

1. To register and use the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. You authorize RAPTOR to verify your identity through necessary background checks as per our Privacy Policy.

4. RAPTOR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-compliance with these T&Cs.

5. By accessing the Platform, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.

II. SERVICES PROVIDED

RAPTOR facilitates the following services:

1. A platform for booking rides with Captains for Bikes and Auto/Cabs.

2. Subscription-based access to unlimited rides during the chosen subscription period.

3. Additional features and support as updated on the Platform.

III. USER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

1. Users must not authorize third parties to use their account.

2. Users are responsible for ensuring minors are supervised while using the services.

3. Users agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information.

4. Users must use the Platform and services for lawful purposes only.

5. RAPTOR is not liable for direct payments between Users and Captains or disputes arising thereof.

IV. TERMS FOR BIKE SERVICES

1. Users can book Bike rides via the RAPTOR Platform, which connects them with Captains operating Bikes.

2. Payments for rides are made directly to Captains via mutually agreed payment methods.

3. RAPTOR is not liable for disputes, delays, or quality of services provided by Captains.

4. Users are encouraged to ensure the safety of minors and comply with local traffic laws.

5. Users acknowledge that RAPTOR is an intermediary platform and not a transportation provider.

V. TERMS FOR AUTO AND CAB SERVICES

1. Users can book Auto and Cab rides via the RAPTOR Platform, which connects them with Captains operating these vehicles.

2. Users are responsible for negotiating and settling ride fares directly with Captains.

3. RAPTOR is not involved in ride fare disputes, service quality issues, or delays.

4. RAPTOR reserves the right to vary or discontinue Auto and Cab services on the Platform.

5. Users acknowledge that RAPTOR’s role is limited to facilitating connections and does not extend to transportation services.

VI. USER CONDUCT

1. Users must not engage in fraudulent activities, including creating multiple accounts or providing false information.

2. Users are expected to treat Captains with respect and refrain from damaging their vehicles.

3. Users must not use the Platform to upload harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

4. RAPTOR reserves the right to terminate accounts for non-compliance or misuse of the Platform.

VII. PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

1. RAPTOR offers subscription plans for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.

2. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

3. Payments for rides are made directly to Captains outside of the Platform.

4. Users are responsible for any additional charges levied by Captains, including taxes.

VIII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. RAPTOR is not liable for the behavior, actions, or quality of services provided by Captains.

2. RAPTOR does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.

3. RAPTOR’s liability, if any, will not exceed the subscription fee paid by the User for the current subscription period.

IX. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India.

2. Disputes will be resolved amicably or through arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration will be Hyderabad, Telangana.

X. AMENDMENTS

RAPTOR reserves the right to modify these T&Cs. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised T&Cs.

INTRODUCTION

RAPTOR offers subscription-based services enabling unlimited rides during the subscription period. Payments for rides are made directly between Customers and Captains via mutually agreed payment methods. RAPTOR does not charge per ride and acts solely as a subscription-based intermediary.

2. You warrant that you are not restricted by any legal, regulatory, judicial, or other authority from accessing the Platform or providing services.

3. You agree to provide services strictly in accordance with applicable laws and these T&Cs.

4. You authorize RAPTOR to verify your identity through necessary background checks as per our Privacy Policy.

5. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Responsibility for providing correct information lies solely with you.

6. These T&Cs are binding and enforceable, superseding prior agreements.

II. REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE PLATFORM

1. Captains must meet eligibility criteria and provide requested documentation during onboarding.

2. Captains are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and ensuring secure access to their accounts.

3. RAPTOR reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for non-compliance with these T&Cs or if identity verification fails.

4. RAPTOR may communicate with Captains via electronic means, phone, or other channels for operational purposes.

5. Captains are discoverable to Customers based on location and preferences once registered.

III. PAYMENT TERMS

1. RAPTOR charges a subscription fee for access to the Platform. Subscription plans are available for durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.

2. Payments for rides are made directly between Customers and Captains via mutually agreed payment methods. RAPTOR is not involved in ride payment transactions.

3. RAPTOR does not issue invoices for ride payments, as these are settled directly between Captains and Customers.

4. Captains are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes related to their services.

5. RAPTOR reserves the right to modify subscription fees and notify users of changes.

IV. CAPTAIN CONDUCT

1. Captains must:

○ Adhere to all applicable laws and traffic regulations.

○ Maintain professionalism and courtesy during interactions with Customers.

○ Ensure their vehicles are in safe and operational condition.

2. Captains are prohibited from:

○ Using the Platform for unlawful purposes.

○ Engaging in fraudulent or misleading activities.

○ Operating under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicants.

3. Non-compliance with conduct requirements may result in account suspension or termination.

V. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTIES

Captains operate as independent contractors. RAPTOR does not employ Captains and does not control their services beyond the scope of the Platform. The relationship is on a principal-to-principal basis.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. RAPTOR is not liable for the behavior, actions, or quality of services provided by Captains.

2. RAPTOR does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and is not responsible for issues arising from technological failures or external events.

3. RAPTOR’s liability, if any, will not exceed the subscription fee paid by the Captain for the current subscription period.

VII. TERMINATION

1. RAPTOR reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts for non-compliance, fraudulent activity, or any behavior detrimental to the Platform’s reputation.

2. Captains may terminate their accounts by providing 7 days' notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable upon termination.

VIII. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of India.

2. Disputes will be resolved amicably or through arbitration as per the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration will be Hyderabad, Telangana.
